7 best ways to stay healthy

Hi guys welcome to jayblinz.blogspot.com.
Today I will be telling you 7 ways to be healthy.
First what is health. Health is a state of being free from illness or injury.
So I will be giving you 7 ways to be healthy.

1. Eat plenty fruits and vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables are important foods that gives us minerals, vitamin and fibre. We should at least 5 serving a day.

2. Decrease taking salt and sugar.
Too much salt in the body can cause high blood pressure and increase risk of cardio vascular disease.
Sugar provides sweatness and an attractive taste, but sugary foods and drinks are rich in energy, and are enjoyed in moderation, as a treat. We could use fruits instead, even to sweeten our foods and drinks.

3. Be on balanced diet on plenty food rich in carbohydrates.
Half of calories in our diets should come from foods rich in carbohydrates, such as cereals, rice, bread, pasta and potatoes. Good to include at least one of these at every meal.

4. Replace soaked with unsaturated fats.
Fats are important for good health and proper functioning of the body. But too much fat can affect our weight and cardio vascular health. So we should reduce the consumption of soaked (saturated) fat and avoid trans fat.
Eating fish 2-3 times a week, with one serving of oily fish, will contribute to right intake of unsaturated fats.
When cooking, we should boil, steam or bake it rather than frying, also remove the fatty part of the meat and use vegetable oil.

5. Drink plenty of water.
We need to drink at least 2 litres of water a day! Or more if it's very hot. Water is the best sources of course and we use tap or mineral water. We can also drink fruit juice, tea, soft drinks and milk.

6. Eat regularly.
Eating regularly, the right amount is the best for a healthy diet. Skipping meal especially breakfast is not good, it can lead to out of control of hunger caused by lack of food. Snacks we could use yorghurt and handful of fresh or dried fruits or vegetables.

7. Maintain a healthy body weight.
The right weight for us depends on factors like our gender, height, age and genes. Over weight can cause diseases like diabetes, heart diseases and cancer.
Excess body fat comes from eating more than we need. The extra calories can come from any caloric nutrient- protein, fat, carbohydrates or alcohol, but note fat is the model source of our energy.
Physical activities help us spend the energy and makes us feel good. So reduce your weight, reduce over eating to have a healthy body weight so that you can be active.
So with all this practice them daily to live a healthy life. Thanks.

The admission was a “precautionary step” as he continued to have “persistent symptoms”, thought to be a high temperature. His aides said they became increasingly worried about his health as Mr. Johnson continued to show symptoms more than a week after he tested positive.
